My Keurig K-Express failed in less than a year, that was a disappointment. But the Warranty process was very efficient and easy. It is nice when a company stands by their products.
We have enjoyed the function of our K-Express coffee maker, it makes great coffee and is simple to use.
Never, NEVER, has it been so easy to deal with a company regarding a replacement warranty due to a malfunctioning (not functioning) product! There is a lot of integrity in that!
