This is a replacement for one I got Dec 2023 which conked out and quit working when I tried to descale. Fortunately Keurig replaced it for me. The new one working fine so far.
I love this little coffee maker, but 6 months in (didn't use it daily) it developed a very very slow leak either at the bottom of the water holder itself or the little hole underneath the water holder. I woke one morning and went to make a cup of coffee and there wasn't any water in the container, yet the day before I had filled it and only had 1 cup of coffee. I just shrugged my shoulder and refilled it again. The Keurig sits at the end of a free standing island with a granite pattern that is hard to see food or liquid on it. Later in the day the sun was shining exactly on that corner of the island and that's when I saw the puddle of water on the island and down on the floor.. I called Keurig (since it was still under warranty) and I was told they would send me an email telling me the photos they would need. I sent back photos of the unit itself, the serial number and a note with the serial number/name/address attached to the Keurig. I did that and I was notified the next day that they would be shipping my new unit in 3 days. All easy and not a ton of questions, very easy company to work with.
