These are well designed and convenient THEY DO NOT LAST.. I have owned 4 in the last 2 years. Only one, a replacement just received after my Daughter -in-aw jumped thru I Two days before it arrived, my then latest, bought 9-11 23 failed 3-14 24. SIX MONTHS. One person, one cup per day. This was weird., It quit after the first descaale: your instructons, your liquid. No lights after descale, reboot. It will work on descale, but this is not right. No photos needed. All 4 looked perfect.
It was given to me by my daughter as a Christmas gift, used it a few times a day for various drinks. It stopped working after a couple months. We called the company had a great persin on the phone, she instructed us as what to do. Followed instructions and 5 days later a new one arrived So impressed with the company That we will always buy another and just purchased one for the grandson and wife. We are happy customers
Had my Keurig 2 months before it stopped working. I’ve had the replacement not even 3 weeks and it’s already giving me problems only making half cups of coffee. I’m really disappointed bc it’s such a convenient machine, but not worth the money. Wish they were built to last.
My K-Express Keurig coffee maker died without any warning. And luckily, I kept the receipt, as the warranty replaced my maker completely. Even the shipping. Happy that something Bad went to something Good for a change.
I bought my Keurig back in November and in March it stopped working, it wouldn’t come on. Since it was still under warranty the company replaced it for free. It was a simple and quick process.
