This is the second Keurig that I have purchased that just suddenly quit working. Krurig needs to make a better machine, they are quite costly to replace. Although, the personal at Keurig were very helpful, but they need to slow down their speech. They talk too fast.
My Keurig 6 months ago stopped working, I reached out to their support. They asked me to try various ways to see if it works come back to life, however, it did not. They then asked me to send a photo of my Keurig to confirm I really had it and within 5 days I received a replacement. I'm extremely satisfied and will continue to use Keurig product
This is the 3rd unit I have had. The first two quit working and had to be replaced. So far, this one is working fine. They have all done a good in the beginning. Hopefully this one will be much better.
My original purchase was replaced in a timely manner. However the replacement does not work properly, same as original, when trying to brew on 8 setting .
