I bought my coffee pot last year in October. This was the first one I’ve ever had my husband and I love it. We started having problems with then we call you all and you all sent out another one but before we had gone to buy another one because we love it, we love our coffee pot and we, don’t want any other kind. Thank you so much for being so kind to us. I am telling all my family and friends to buy a Keurig.
We missed our Keurig K-Express Essentials Hot Spicy Red Unit! Awesome customer support when our K-Express Essentials bit the dust. After getting through Keurig's required pictures with our outmoded dropped one time too many 20+ years old digital camera (no cellphones), we are back enjoying our coffee with the receipt of the back-ordered replacement. There is NOTHING like a fresh cup of coffee every time with this system. Thank you, Keurig!
I bought a Keurig in FL this winter to replace my very old one. It worked great for about a month then stopped. Keurig replaced it immediately, with minimal effort on my part. I am So grateful for this customer friendly company!
purchased in Dec.23. worked fine untill the alert light showed need to clean/descale.I followed directions for the cleaning/descaleing. after going thru the instructions and 3 gal. of water I could not get the alert light to go off and could not return to brewing any more.I requested help from coustomer sevice they just replaced the item for free.
This is a replacement coffee maker for the one that I bought less than a year ago. I hope that this one is better than the last one. When you go to descale it , it quits working. My daughter had the same coffee maker, and when she descaled hers, it did the same thing and they had to send a replacement to her. Both of them were brought around the same time from the same store. I don’t know if it was a bad batch, but something went wrong in the computer part of it and won’t let it go back to the regular programming after you descale it.
My K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker stopped working about 4 monts after purchase. I called Keurig and within a matter of moments they had a new one on its way to me. This was not an expensive item but the service was as it was a top of the line model. Very happy with the experience and service that I received. Thank you.....
