I bought a Keurig coffee maker less than 1 year ago, I was devastated when it suddenly stopped working. I was told to contact them directly for a possible replacement. Keurig made the replacement process so easy and only 1 day through emails ,my new Keurig was on its way. I am so happy it took minimal time to get through the process of getting the replacement. The customer service was outstanding!! Thank you Keurig for Wonderful Customer Service.
Hate that my Keurig stop working, but once I expressed my concerns I was asked to return the Keurig and was soon sent a new one to continue my 2-cup a day coffee ☕️ brew😁. I was so pleased with the customer service!!!!
My first brewer lasted 13 months, my second brewer 10 months, on my third only because it was replaced free. Bought my mom one and hers lasted 8 months. Done with this model
This was my third Keurig over many years. I appreciate the customer service and support when my most recent one stopped working after descaling. Keurig suggested suggestions and after all else failed, they were good enough to replace it. Thank you for all your help.
I purchased Keurig - K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker and after eight months it just stopped working. I did have warranty on it and contacted Keurig. I followed the instructions that were given to me, and they replaced my coffee maker withing two weeks. Thank you
