Our K-Express stopped brewing before the 1 year warranty was up. After performing all the troubleshooting available, I called Keurig for help. After a few more checks the Keurig rep said they would replace our unit at no cost. No joke, we had a replacement unit in our hands within 24 hours. That is beyond efficient. Can't praise their team enough. Thanks.
I never had a Keurig until someone got me one as a gift and I don’t know why I never bought one before I’ve used them at workplaces and I know how well they worked but to have one in your house is a lot different. It’s really awesome.
I got it for xmas and it quit working in Feburary. I called keurig and they replaced it immediately. I absolutely love my keurig and will always have one. We even take ours on vacation.
