I have 4 Keurigs all different. I just love the look and the conveince of a fresh cup off coffee any time I want.i purchased the K-Express last March. In January I fixed my husband's coffee, went back and put the pod in nothing. I mean nothing.. I trouble shot it ,but still nothing Called Keurig and they took care of it right away. My brand not refurbished but NEW K-Express was at my door in 4days. Honest company that stands behind there products
Happy that my previous Keirig was covered under warranty but the replacement feels like I am going to break it when I close the lid after changing from the keurig single cup maker cartridge to the standard kcup pod. I worry this too will break and cause me the same headaches.
I had a single serve K-Express for 4 months and it quit working. I contacted Keurig and within a couple of weeks I had a new replacement. Th company was very good to work with and replacing it was easy. thank you.
Love the coffee and flavors but the machines must not be as sturdy as you’d imagine. I have sent through within 1 month. The 1st 1 just quit working and the replacement. Worked fine then just quit. It is not my power outlet either. I was told to return this one for a replacement also but it’s all time consuming. Ugh I just want my fresh coffee in seconds!!
I purchased this as a Christmas gift from my mother when she got it. It didn’t work I called the Keurig company. and with no hesitations they helped me and got it replaced now she loves it
Thank you for asking, but what they sent me didn't work, I feel like I wasted my time calling, and they sent me another defective coffee maker again, I feel very disappointed, I bought the first one in November and the second one they sent me was in February but It only turned on but I was never able to make myself a coffee.
