This company was great to work with . My coffee maker One of my Keurig coffee makers quit working after I did the descale exactly like the directions said . I called and they sent a replacement right out to me . Wonderful , easy . Would recommend Keurig to anyone .

My original Keurig I bought eight years ago seemed to last forever. What happened to the quality? I even used filtered water and not city water. Convenience of single serve is great.
