I purchased the K-Express while staying at a hotel. The small and powerful coffee maker was the perfect brewer for a perfect cup every morning. It was so great when I arrived home it is now by my bed! I LOVE this coffee maker!
After just a few weeks, water flow slowed to a trickle and the “descale” light came on. Descaling solution didn’t work. I called the warranty number, supplied purchase verification, and received a replacement which is working fine. Good to see a company really standing behind their products.
