I got my Keurig for Christmas. It didn't work, so I called the Service number. I'm so glad I did! They replaced my Keurig with no problem. Simple as that! Now, I'm loving my Keurig Coffie Maker and don't know how I lived without it! I also lobe trying different kinds of coffee.
my original unit bought in November had an internal issue over filling the pods. After troubleshooting the issue over the phone a new unit was sent to me at no cost. The new one arrived fast and works great. Great customer service
It took three weeks to send back a refurbished machine to me, which is way too long to do without coffee. The refurbish machine puncher that punches a hole in the K- cup is a little extra long I think in most machines is a real sharp point as warned on the directions but it cut my finger three times just by hitting it. I think this should be reviewed to management. I feel this is a defect he should be recall. I’ve won K cups for probably 15 to 20 years and this is never happened on my others
There was a problem with my Keurig machine, and the company was incredibly helpful with walking me thru steps to fix the issue. When we were unable to resolve the problem, they replaced my machine. Great customer support.
The kurig is small which is nice. However it leaks water I contacted the company and they sent another one but I am still having the same problem. I just put water in when I'm ready.
