Replacement doesn't work says no water

There's something seriously wrong with the water reservoir it says no water. What are you going to do for me I have a coffee maker that doesn't work. I had to buy instant coffee. Let me know what I should do about this please?

I purchased a Keurig coffee maker for my wife for Christmas. On Christmas day we opened it up and went to use it. The item would not work, the following day I called customer service. They provided a warranty replacement that showed up within 2 1/2 days it was outstanding service And with no charge. The new item worked outstanding. I bought it for my wife for her office since it was smaller and compact and can do single serve coffee of multiple sizes

Bought right before Thanksgiving and new unit would not turn on. Getting it exchanged was a NIGHTMARE. Finally received replacement and after only 2 weeks, the ‘needle’ will hardly poke a hole in the pod. It takes 2 hands and pretty good effort to do this. I don’t think it’s gonna last long. Would rather rate zero, but forced by system to put at least a 1.
