I don’t like it at all, it’s terrible but it was my choice, if I had to do it all over again, I would never pick this coffee make. I’ll keep looking and when I find what I want, I will put this Express in the trash.
I purchased a small Keurig coffee maker for travel. I don't care to use hotel/AirBNB coffee makers. My older travel model needed updating and I wanted one that had a water resevoir but was small enough to carry. The K-Express checked all my boxes. However, this model would NOT work despite my following instructions to the letter. I called the company and received a replacement within 3 days (despite the xmas holiday). The replacement works just fine.
I purchased the K-Express for my elderly Mom. After about 2 months, it stopped working for no reason. Called customer service, they handled all my questions and provided potential solutions. They replaced her Kuerig with a new one within a week. Very impressed!
Very disappointed in the coffee maker. Bought it in September and lasted only for 3 months. Not acceptable. Then we had to send it back before they would send us the new replacement. Not too happy about that either. So it all took quite a while till we got the new one. If this one does not last we will definitely buy a different brand next time. Want to stay with Keurig, but this one that lasted 3 months was not even the 1st one of yours that we had to replace, but at least that lasted longer.
