I purchased my original K-Express maker less than a year ago. After unsuccessfully trying to to get it going I called customer service and they offered to send me a free replacement since it was still within the warranty period. After some brief information sharing they informed me that a new unit was on its way. Arrived in Just a few days, brand new one at no cost to us. This is the way it should be with all companies that sell home appliances, so far Keurig is the only company that has performed for us in this exemplary manner. Thank you Keurig!
This was a nice no frills, no digital one cup coffee maker purchased online 07/22. It has a small footprint and heated and made coffee quickly. Unfortunately it started to fail and when it quit began to smoke. Keurig replaced it quickly under warranty. It is now my backup as I purchased a nice Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker.
My keurig broke with less than a year of having it. I called keurig customer service about it. It was an easy process and they had one delivered to my house in about a week. Thankful for a great customer service and quick replacement.
