The Keurig single cup I had originally must have been faulty! But Keurig stood behind their product and replaced it! The costumer service is amazing! My new single cup Keurig works fantastic and the entire family finds it so easy to use! Thank you Keurig for being an outstanding company! I’m a costumer for life!
My experience with my K- Express started a little rocky. My original machine broke within a few times using it. However, after a phone call to support, my replacement was on the way! Only had a few days to wait for delivery for it That was so easy and now my new Essentials is working great and I’m so very happy! It’s fast to brew and easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space on my counter. Love it!
I was enjoying my Keurig until one day it stopped working. Contacted Customer Service and a friendly agent stepped me through some steps to try and reset. Although that didn't correct the issue, they sent me an email with several easy steps to obtain a replacement. The process was simple and within a week I received a new Keurig! So happy with this product and very impressed with the quality of their Customer Service.
It’s small and lightweight. I get 3 mugs of coffee from 1 tankful. Be mindful to keep tank filled with water to avoid breakdowns. My first brewer totally stopped working when I didn’t see the water was out, but Keurig has great customer service and sent me a replacement within a week.
