Absolutely love this little Keurig. Quick coffee maker in the morning really brings on the day. It would be difficult to live without this machine. Great for the kids and their hot chocolate too !!
I had the original purchase for less than 3 months and during the descaling process something went wrong and the machine wouldn't turn on anymore. I did all the troubleshooting I could and still no power on. I called customer service later in the evening and did not expect to talk to a representative. We went through a series of questions, asked me to send some documentation and within a week I had a brand new machine free of charge!
I reported my sudden breakdown of my month old Keurig just before Thanksgiving. The gal on the phone was great. I did not hear anything for a month so resubmitted the info on the brocken coffee maker. Within 10 days the new one was delivered. All the local coffee shop staff knew my name - it was very nice to be able once again make our morning coffee at home. I think the holiday was the reason the first report got lost.
After descaling my original purchase brewer and having it stop working, I contacted Keurig about the problem. When the troubling shooting failed, Keurig sent me a replacement brewer which did not work. Another failed troubleshooting effort and I was shipped another. Second time proved the charm, I’m now back to brewing coffee. Thank you Customer Support
