This is a cheap keurig machine. I've had to use the warranty to replace it twice already and it's not even been a full year. After a few months, it leaks from all over the top of the machine.

My first one stopped working and since I registered it when purchased I was able to call the number provided and trouble shoot. Since it appeared to be broken they quickly shipped out a new one to me. I have tried cheaper brands and they don't compare
