Received our Keurig K-Express Essentials as a Christmas gift last Christmas. We loved it. It stopped working after nine months. It had a one year warranty When emailing Keurig they sent us a label to return it to Keurig. Received a replacement within a couple of weeks. Very nice to find Keurig stood behind their product. They were very nice to work with. Thank you, Keurig.
This is the 3rd keurig I’ve been sent under warranty. Each keurig has not worked for longer than 3 months. This last one that was sent to me didn’t even turn on. I’m done with keurig
My Keurig began to malfunction after a few weeks, so Keurig sent me a new one. I have had four Keurigs of various types over the years and have always been happy. So I'm pleased they replaced the faulty one.
