I love Keurig but this particular product has its flaws. The first one I bought stopped working so then Keurig replaced it. Wasn't powering up. Keurig is awesome! Customer Service is so nice and thorough. The replacement machine they sent stopped working as well. Rather than go through all the returning it stuff I just bought a new one, a more advanced model that is working fine. It cost a bit more than this one but paying for quality.
I purchased this coffee maker three months ago. Recently it started to dispense only half of my 12 ounce cup. I followed the instruction of the desolating, but unfortunately that did not work. Then I contacted customer service at Keurig, and they were great. they created a case for me and told me that they will ship a new identical coffee maker to me. In one week I received my NEW coffee maker, and it works great. I am very happy with the service I received. Many thanks Keurig!
This coffee maker replaces the one l purchased 7 months ago! Doesn’t convey much in reliability and quality control. I chose not respond to the further questions .
Keurig burned out out after 4 months of use. Warranted so that was good. 3 weeks after sent still waiting for the Keurig. A better delivery system not 3 party should be used.
