The company was very helpful when my machine stopped working after six months it had a year warranty. We did all the paperwork and I received from them within a week. They were awesome.
I have owned 3 Keurig coffee makers. I inherited the first one when my mother died over 5 years ago and it still works. I used it for a while and then boxed it up to take with me sometimes when I travel. The second one was even better, but I eventually gave it to my daughter and bought an even better one. The third one I purchased was a Keurig K-Express Essentials in May 2023, and I love it. It worked great until November 2023, when it stopped working, so I called Keurig. They ran me through trouble-shooting and, when they decided it wasn't going to work, told me they would replace it. I had registered it with Keurig, so all I had to do was email them a copy of my proof of purchase, a photo of the serial number, and a photo of the coffee maker with a note identifying me (per their instructions). The replacement was mailed a couple of days later. I especially like the fact that it allows me to make one cup of coffee and to serve several people different kinds of coffee (dark roast, light roast, flavored, decaf, etc..)
In reservoir I rotate using Spring Water or Aloe Vera Water or Coconut Water w/Coffee pods, & Apple Juice with Chai Tea pods + Expresso pods. Works perfect and is space efficient on the counter top. Very easy to use and easy to clean. This is my first replacement brewer and my positive experiences for a years long initial usage outweigh any negative (but I honestly don’t have any negative). Being that I used my Keurig Essential 2-3 times per day with various choices of liquid in the chamber to compliment my Coffee pod or Chai Tea pod, I’m content. And the fact I am able to have a variety at any time of day, each & every day is phenomenal. Saves me a ton of money at the popular coffeehouse
We had an issue with our coffee maker, reached out to the customer service team who walked us through the issue and attempted to resolve the issue. It didn’t work, They authorized a warranty replacement. We received they replacement and works great . Thank You So Much
