This company is amazing. They replaced our Keurig and made the process so easy. Most of the time, companies seem to try everything in their power to avoid replacements. This company made it extremely easy. I couldn’t hardly believe it when I received an email that the new one was on its way.
We just love it. Makes life a little easier. At least my mornings. I end up buying a few more to hand out as gifts.

Replacement for replacement for a replacement. After years of using K's, I can officially say this is the last. It's enough trouble to get a reliable product or service but when I have to call to ask for help then jump through each and every hole that I'm asked repeatedly doesn't help. In order to be attempt a return or replacement be prepared to take multiple pics of the same item (don't forget your info) you just verified multiple times cause they will..
Thank you for sending a replacement quickly. Although the process was a bit odd since I coukd not find my original receipt, the machine came quickly. I was not asked to return the non working one. I appreciate your replacement policy.
I like the speed of getting a cup of coffee in the morning but wonder why the tank has to be refilled so often before it empties. It's easy to clean but not easy to descale.
