Our original K-Express prematurely defaulted into oblivion (over heated into fail safe) during the three month descaling process. We notified Keurig and after jumping through a few minor hoops to prove we were legit, they sent us a new one. It is an inexpensive way to brew a decent cup of coffee and we really like the convenience. We ordered a couple of off brand refillable k-cups to round out our order. I am not happy with how those off brand cups work, so I plan on ordering the better Keurig brand to see if I could have a better result. In short; this is a cute little handy dandy quick one hitter coffee maker, the customer service to replace the one that died was quite good and in my opinion, it was well worth the money.
This was a gift from my daughter in Oct, about 3 weeks later it just quit working. I followed all of the steps for trouble shooting then called support. The lady I spoke with had me repeat steps and then said they would send a new one asap. I did receive the new one which is working perfectly, thank you for your professionalism, love your product
This was a gift and it is the answer to when you want only one or two cups of coffee. It is quick, easy to operate and clean. My wife and I use it daily for after dinner with dessert.
