An original purpose of a K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker stopped working properly prematurely. I contacted Keurig and discussed the situation with a customer service representative. She led me effectively through a series of failure questions which ultimate lead to a very timely replacement of the unit. I'm thoroughly pleased!
I only had my Kerig for a few months before it just quite working. I called customer service and they had a new one delivered within a week! Quick and efficient! That’s what I like.
Unfortunately my previous Keurig died after 21 cups of coffee. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and easy/peasy sent me a replacement brand new Keurig.
The Keurig in our office stopped working and the company was able to replace it for free since it was still under warranty. I am very happy with their timeliness and politeness!
Purchased a Keurig that only lasted 9 months. Contacted keurig warranty service and had a replacement in 7 days. It would have been 5 days but this writer couldn’t follow instructions. Advice is to save receipts, then follow EXACT instructions as given and everything will go smoothly.
I am so grateful that you replaced my Keurig with no hassle when mine stopped working. But I do want to say that this was my second Keurig that stopped working the same way when I was trying to clean it.
