She led me effectively through a series of failure questions which ultimate lead to a very timely replacement of the unit. I'm thoroughly pleased!

Purchased a Keurig that only lasted 9 months. Contacted keurig warranty service and had a replacement in 7 days. It would have been 5 days but this writer couldn’t follow instructions. Advice is to save receipts, then follow EXACT instructions as given and everything will go smoothly.
