Descale light bugged

I bought the K-express two months ago, good coffee maker, but the descale light came on and now it won't shut off. I've tried everything even the descale solution that is out for Keurig,
I the Keurig for a vacation rental. The coffee maker stopped working after 8 guests. The return process was hassle free and the company sent me a new coffee maker.
The Keurig is the best invention! Super convenient and easy to operate. Customer service is excellent! Easy to get through and speak to someone. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Very polite.
I have been a Keurig customer for years. I had a friend who wanted one but didn't have one, so I gifted my original Keurig to her after 15 years of me using it. It's still going strong. So when I saw this Express, I knew it was the brewer for me. Quick and easy, the way I like it, just a great cup of coffee each and every time. Now while I of course miss my old Keurig, I am super pleased with my K-Express maker. And while it doesn't have the features like some of the more expensive models, this one is perfect for those on a budget that just want a good cup of coffee. Thank you.
We purchased a warranty when we bought our K-Express coffee maker about 9 months ago. Unfortunately the descale feature wasn't working properly and when we called customer service they promptly informed us they would completely replace the machine because it was under warranty.
The new machine arrived about a week later and all that was required of us was to return photos of the old machine, its serial number, and the copy of the purchase receipt. They sent an address label for us to return the old machine at no cost.
We were completely satisfied at the easy, no hassle return and quick response.
