I love the Keurig it was a gift for Christmas/My birthday as they are not far apart. I don't use it every day but do use it 3-5x a week, but it worked great until it didnt. It was very disappointing that in under a year it broke. I'm thankful it was able to replaced at no charge but still anything that doesn't last a year or longer for the money you pay for it to me is a bit worrisome & obviously cheaply made. I expected better from a name brand
I love my Keurig and was so disappointed when, after a few months, it quit working. I contacted Keurig and they quickly replaced it for me! It was a very easy process and was greatly appreciated! What a wonderful company! ☕️
I purchased my little keurig when I was on vacation and found out the resort only had a regular coffee maker that required filters and ground coffee and, of course, I was not provided with either. I went to my local supermarket and purchased the Red Keurig and have loved it ever since. I love that it does not require any heating time to enjoy my cup of coffee! Highly recommend it.
I purchased the brewer last year and for some unknown reason it stopped working. I was heartbroken but I called Keurig and since my brewer was still under warranty, they immediately sent me a replacement. It brews my coffee in seconds and that is why I love it. Thank you Keurig!
