After I got in touch with the right person and I found the required information on the device , I received a replacement. The only thing that bothers me is your device that I originally purchased did not work right out of the box. This seems like poor quality control to me.

We received this K-express essentials coffee maker as a replacement for one purchased earlier that experienced a failure during the warranty period. The customer service was excellent and the replacement was delivered quickly. We love the slip design that we leave on our counter. My elderly father is able to make his own coffee by closing the lid on his pod and pressing 1 button. The clear water holding tank makes it easy to see when you need to add more water. It's clean and simple and just what we needed.

I have been using this for a little while and found it excellent. The fastest coffee maker I have ever had. Because it is easy to use I use it all of the time. Coffee is hot and tasty. Couldn’t ask for more!
