I bought my Keurig in January, and it stopped working. Got in touch with manufacture and it was replaced quickly, Thank you so much for the prompt response.
the brewed coffe should come out much hotter than expected so I use a differnet coffee maker everyday and this Kuerig for it's convenience of using pod once in awhile.
I had a little problem when the brewer stopped working. But, to my surprise, getting a replacement was super easy. I have a red one and have had no problems.
