I bought this 7 months ago and loved it until one day it would not turn on. I called Keurig and a replacement was sent as I was within the warranty period. So happy to have another one that is brand new.
So my Dad bought me a keurig for my birthday. It quite working three days after the stores warranty ended. So I got online and had a free replacement sent to me. It was a little difficult but as soon as I sent way more pictures than they asked for it was sent the next day.
I received this as a gift when mine quit. I contacted Keurig when it quit, sent pictures, serial number. Very shortly was contacted a replacement was on the way. Less than a week. Very good service. Thank you
Keurig customer service is awesome. Had no problems letting them know that I had only had my Keurig for 3 months. Ask me a few questions and they sent me a brand new Keurig. Thanks again Keurig you guys are awesome!
I received a Keurig Coffee Maker for Christmas last year. It completely stopped working in August. I was more than please when I was told they would replace free of charge! Thank You so much! Now I can wake up to fresh hot great tasting coffee every morning!!!
