I got this for Christmas last year and really liked it. I don't use much in the summer and then it suddenly just stopped working. I tried all the cleaning & trouble shooting guides online and it just would not work. I finally called about it, thinking it must have at least a year warranty but with being almost a year and a gift, so I had no receipt, had little hope of satisfaction. The customer service rep was super nice, and I was able to follow steps required and received my replacement machine with a week! I am highly impressed.
Fantastic service! The understanding, communication with the incredible representative was over the top! I will never stop using Keurig coffee makers, products. I support them big time. I love my replacement coffee maker. Thank you
I got a new Keurig because my last one just randomly stopped working and thanks to the warranty that Keurig has they replaced it for free and now I can continue to have my morning coffee
My coffee maker stop working on a Sunday morning, I call customer service after being told what information I had to submit, I was sent and received a new coffee maker that the following Friday.
This was a replacement for the same coffee maker I bought in February 2023. I like it but it only lasted 7 months and then just "broke". I make no more than two cups per day. Keurig did replace the coffee maker and received a new one quickly. Apparently they do not warrant the replament as when I tried to register it was told it was not eligible. The machine makes good coffee, is easy to use and brews quickly
