The replacement process was good The replacement process good but the product itself not so much We have now had 4 different models and none of them have been long lasting That said, the convenience of drop in a pod and go is delightful !
My daughter gave me as a Christmas gift. Love the slender look. Unfortunately it broke after and a year but replacement was sent within a week. Love my machine and appreciate the awesome customer support
I bought a K-Express by Keurig in March. It stopped brewing in August. All I had to do is call Keurig toll free phone number, explain that it quit working and they replaced it at no charge. I have been buying keurigs since they first started and I love them. This is a good example of why.
I got this Keurig as a gift from my daughter. After I cleaned it, it would not work!!! I called the company as I do not like to do anything online! No problem they said! They emailed me what I needed to do and within a week after I emailed back, I had a new brewer! Easiest thing I have ever done!!!!
