Gave up on me.

I bought this product back in May 2021 and its now Oct 2021 and it stopped working and ive tried fixing it and nothing worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken Already

I been using Keurig for years my old one went out because had it for like ever so I went and got me this new one back in August for a birthday gift to myself and I went back to go make a cup for Christmas and would not turn on or nothing. I am so bumped I really like it nice size doesn't take up much space comes out fast. Disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As soon as I got it out of the box and plugged it in it didn’t work! This is the 2nd one in less than 3 months that has been messed up. Literally didn’t even use the 2nd one at all and it was messed up!
This was my second replacement. Only had both for about 6 months before it both stop brewing. I ordered because I like the size of this coffee maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good machine

I bought this coffee machine about 6 months ago. Unfortunately it will not work, it will not pump water. We have tried everything and used multiple YouTube videos. I am disappointed because the coffee machine is only used twice a week if that.

New machine, bad coffee

I had a Keurig that I used every day for many years.The coffee started to taste bitter, even after cleaning the machine, so I decided to buy a new machine. I’ve had the new machine for about one month and the coffee tastes awful.
