My keurig was a gift and I love it!!! I will not go back to regular coffee pot. This is so much easier for me!! I waste less, and I just love it!!! 💚💚💚💚 I have the mint green one!! Doesn't match my kitchen but it's OK. It makes my coffee!! 😍☕️💚
Bought my keurig about 6 months ago and died on me on first descale process called support ran through steps nothing and my shipped a replacement working better than the first.
I bought this product, and three months after, the machine stopped working. I follow the warranty process and got a new one. Plot twist: the machine is acting up and to get 8 oz. of coffee I have to press the button three times every morning.
I bought this keurig a few months ago and it just stopped working one day. I hadn’t kept the receipt and was SO bummed because we’d only had it a few months. I called keurig and they immediately sent a replacement! They were so professional and really stand behind their products. Great company!
