This model, the K-Express seems to blow pods often and it’s a major clean up afterwards. This shipment was a replacement for one we bought that didn’t turn on after less than 3 months & we only make 2 cups of coffee a day.
I had a faulty one cup coffee maker but was given a replacement. The process was easy and I love having my keurig back. This model works so quickly. Mornings are good again!
My replacement process was very easy and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and explained how the process worked. He even went out of his way to figure out when I purchased the original one.
