Perfect size for a small kitchen

I bought this for the small size and brand reputation. The first one failed however by shorting out and overheating causing a strong burning smell after 3 months of use. Keurig honored the warranty and quickly replaced it for me. The return process is a little odd and they are very particular about taking cell phone pics of the serial number from a certain angle, mine was rejected initially even though you could see the number clearly. In any case, I am back up a running. Be sure to descale often, every 2 months, even if you use filtered water like I do, the machine does tend to build up scale very quickly for some reason.
Bought coffee maker in October 2022 and began leaking in August 2023. Contacted Kuerig Company and due to 1 year warranty it was immediately replaced. Very happy with the product!!
I bought this for my mom as a Christmas present, and it failed 10 months later. I simply called keurig, and they properly diagnose the issue and sent a replacement coffee maker in a timely manner. This was the best service I have ever had dealing with a supplier.
