Bought my Keurig in April of this year and had to have it replaced in August. I had no problem having it replaced and love my replacement. Thank you Keurig for wonderful and reliable customer support and service.
I sent photos and numbers and all of that and received a replacement for my old one that had stopped working after five months. New one works like a champ. Thanks, Keurig!
Thank you for your recent help. Called because my Keurig descale light would not go off. After the lady walked me through the procedures it fixed it. Lasted about 1 week, then it quit working. They sent me a brand new Keurig.
i bought this a couple months back and stop working on us keurig was quick and profession in fullfilling the warranty plan they had and had us a new one at our door in just a few days thank you keurig for satisfying your customers.
I bought this keurig in April of this year. After cleaning it - it quit working no matter what I tried to do. Called k-express and they guided me through steps to try to fix it but still not working. They sent me a new replacement coffee maker as it was still under warranty
