I bought a Keurig express coffee maker and after 3 weeks it stopped working - i called the customer service for troubleshooting and after a few quick questions she explained that they would replace the coffee maker- She sent a quick email of what they needed ie pix of serial number and the coffee maker and within a week i received the exact model , color and all and its worked great for several wks now
This unit was shippped to me on 7-27-23 it is now 8-15-23 the unit failed on 8-13=23 The last time I used it I didnot notice the low water light and evidently it did not have enough water and now it will not restart, have tried numerous times
The brewed coffee is not hot enough. The maximum option on amount of coffee to brew is 10 ounces. Ten ounces does not fill up a coffee mug. Maybe a teacup but not a coffee mug. Coffee mugs are more popular than teacups. This machine was a gift. Because of the 10-ounce limitation, I would never have purchased this machine and I would not recommend it to a friend because of the 10-ounce limitation. Many of your other machines will brew 12 ounces. Why limit this model to 10 ounces? I have concern about descaling this model as the Keurig descaling liquid made the machine inoperable.
Was very pleased with the cooperation and replacement of the k-express coffee make that we received; thank you so much for your responsible service. We enjoy it very much.
