I received my coffee maker as a gift. Within nearly a year it quit heating after I did a descaling. I called the company and explained the issue. Within 6 days I had a replacement absolutely free! Thank you Keurig!

I bought my first Keurig a few months ago, and before I could Descale it crashed, I was going to trash it. I decided to call Customer Support instead, after a brief, but thorough conversation I had a NEW Keurig being shipped to my house. FREE of charge! I LOVE the product and look forward to upgrading soon.
The single serve Keurig was a Christmas gift. I only use the hot water to make tea with a bag. Stopped working in July. I called and got through to someone who could help me. I sent pics and they sent me a new one (not sure it is new).
