Bought a Kuerig express a few months ago. Had an issue with the descaling button not going off after running the descaling process. Called and without hassle sent me another. WOW. wish all companies were like this.

This is my second one my first one I only had for 100 days and out of those were just weekends because it's at our camp. But I love how it shuts selves off and it's fast I'm hoping this one last a lot longer but Keurig stood behind there product and sent me a brand new one.
We had a Keurig K-Express Essentials that we just loved but suddenly it just wouldn’t turn on. Contacted Keurig and even though the warranty expired a week ago they sent us a replacement after we sent in copy of the receipt and pictures of the Keurig. We had to return the old machine but they paid for the shipping. This is a wonderful company to work with.
Great coffee makers I have had many of them I have 2 now in 2 different houses they are great coffee makers the absolute best coffeemakers and they stand by them if you have an issue greet coffeemaker great company I highly recommend then. 👍👍👍
Originally purchased one, had issues, returned to store, 2nd one had same issues and didn't work. Called Keurig, customer service rep was great! Attempted to get second working but no dice. She relayed process to activate warranty, that was accomplished and Keurig sent us a replacement which works great! Thank you!!
