After my original Keurig coffee maker quit on me, I purchased a K-Express. After a couple months ,that maker failed also. After contacting Customer Service I was instructed to ship the broken maker back to them. Shortly afterwards they sent a new maker to replace the old one. After cleaning it I plugged it in to run its first cup. The machine did not work . I will never buy a Keurig again.
I got my coffee maker a few weeks ago. My morning coffee not just taste great, with my new Coffee maker, it is also the fastest cup of coffee I have ever had
Excellent customer service and fast processing. Re: Keurig Coffee Maker. Have had many Keurig products in the past. All worked well. This particular model seems to have a duller/thicker needle as it takes a forceful push to penetrate the cup(s). Curious as to the impact on the products useful life.
For various reasons my transaction with Keurig took a few months to complete. I have say this is the most amazing company EVER. I was given simple instructions and "re-dos" when I flubbed. The coffee maker is wonderful and the warranty so appreciated. I'm old enough to know that machines do fail sometimes but the Keurig Company does not. For this, we/I am a lifetime customer.
