This is the third keurig. We have had same k-express it works wonders for the first couple months, and then it stops pressurized the water and doesn't work. Hopefully this ones different. The kids really enjoy using it for hot cocoa and apple cider. It asked me if I would recommend this product to a friend. I put no just because we've had so many issues period other curing products. I would probably recommend if this one does not last. I will be purchasing a different keurig product.
