We tried to troubleshoot the problem with my Keurig, we were not able to correct it, they immediately mailed me a new one. I was very satisfied with their service and their kindness.
My K-Express stopped working after about 9 months, I called looking for trouble shooting advice and after trying a few suggestions, they decided that I needed a replacement. They had my original receipt on file (which I did not give them). They said the new unit would be delivered in a couple of days and sure enough it was. This is what a great company looks like. The customer service was 100% - I look forward to buying Keurig products for myself and for gifts
