I have had a few of the single serve machines in the past and they fit my needs. When my last one stopped working, your customer service real was outstanding in supporting the product and got me one out right away. Wonderful customer service and support.
I had a issue with the company I bought the Keurig from. So I contacted the Keurig company and they replaced it with out any problems. I will keep using Keurig.
The descale light on our K-Express would not turn off. I called support to help us get it to turn off. After several attempts, it still would not turn off. The girl told us it was a defect in it. She offered us a new one at no expense to us. That was great customer service.
This is the 2nd one they shipped me it also doesn't work I have a friend who had the same model and had to return it 3x before finally deciding on a different version. I will be asking for a refund to buy something myself I already have 2 worthless Keurigs in my kitchen now I certainly don't need a 3rd!

This coffee maker it was just what we needed. If it’s nicely on the counter and wasn’t expensive. Unfortunately, while it was going through its descaling cycle, it stopped working. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and all it needed was a call to Keurig customer service, and another one was on the way.
