i bought two of the k-express essentials and they both quit working the pump quit. one in just over three months and the other in about two weeks. the customer service rep told me that they would send me a different kind they did not they sent me the same kind. i dont know how long it will last but when it quits i will throw it away and buy another kind. there has got to be something wrong with the design. thank you
My K-Express was a gift. When I informed the person who gave me the Keurig that it quit working, she informed me that it was still under warrenty. At first, I thought it would be too much trouble to apply for replacement, but I was wrong. I contacted Keurig and I had NO problem with replacement. After calling and filling out the form for proof of purchase, my replacement Keurig was received in only a couple of days. hank you Keurig, you have made a devoted lifetime customer. I highly recommend your products.

I love my Keurig 😍 I had it for 2 months and it quit working. I called y'all and the Lady was so nice and very helpful 😊 It was a good experience all around. I have received my replacement and am still loving my Keurig 😍
We received this Keurig as a replacement of our unit that stopped working. Customer Service was very diligent in taking our information and processing the replacement, which occurred in less than 10 days. We installed it and it is working marvelously.
