I bought my Keurig coffee maker 3 months ago. I descaled it and was resetting the descale light but the coffee maker quit working. I called customer service, explained what happened and they were so nice. I followed their instructions and they sent me a replacement coffee maker free of charge. Thank you!
My first purchase in my new home before even furniture was this beautiful blue/teal Keurig. It is essential for me. First off the color is gorgeous. It worked amazing. Cup sizes 4,6 and 8. After about 3 months it quit. I stressed for 2 weeks on how to afford another. I called Keurig and it was replaced and shipped to my house within days. I appreciate the Keurig company so much truly.
