Got an Essential brewer for Christmas. Loved it & used it daily. Thought it was time to descale Sven though the brewer hadn't yet indicated. Having had a larger Keurig brewer for years, I simply followed the procedure I had been using for years (successfully). Wrong- after the descale the Essential brewer w/n come back on. Spoke with customer service & since the brewer was under warranty it was replaced w/o question. Service/phone rep was great although my tip is follow closely the descale directions for the Essential brewer although am not sure just what the issue was.
This was a Xmas gift and it started acting up on me. Customer service was great. Walked me through trying to figure out the problem. Could not make it work correctly and replaced it. Loyal customer here.
For the first time, one if my numerous coffee makers died suddenly. Keureg replaced it without any pushback. Top notch customer service and products! Easy to operate and relatively quick to produce a hot, perfect cup of coffee!
THIS IS THE 5TH K-EXPRESS MAKER I HAVE PURCHASED. FIRST ONE LAST FOR SIX MONTHS. SECOND ONE LAST FOR 90 DAYS. THIRD ONE LAST 91 DAYS FOURTH ONE LAST FOR 120 DAYS. GLAD I HAS INSURANCE ON PAST THREE, OTHER WISE I TOOK THE BEATING.
