I love my Keurig + was glad I had purchased a protection plan I did receive a new Keurig same color + model id purchased but I had to resend photos several times, I was promised 2 coupons good for 24 free kcups to make up for the inconvenience but never received those. Customer service representatives were polite + helpfu
My first Keigh stopped working after I did a descaling. I called Keigh and told them what happened. After doing some test on it, we couldn’t get it to come back on. So they sent me a new Keigh just like what I had.
When brewing a 10 oz cup of coffee, it would start off with possibly two ounces. You would have to continue to press the ounce buttons to get your desired amount. Also, the coffee would be warm and it would have to be place in the microwave. Keurig customer service sent out a new coffee make, same model and requested the old one in exchange
I love my Keurig. So easy and convenient in the morning and I like the fact that I don't have half a pot of coffee left and something to clean. Highly recommend.
I’ve have bought three of these. 2 for myself and one for my daughter. When my second one stop working it was under warranty. Your company sent me a knew one! Thank you so much!
This is the third one of these. Two broke while still in warranty and you’ve now replaced it TWICE! I love the size and functionality if it would quit breaking
