Super Convenient, and Easy Warranty Replacement

We got this Keurig and it has been super convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately, there's a flaw in most Keurigs that caused the heating element to burn out and ruin the device while we were descaling it. Luckily, the warranty replacement was the easiest thing in the world to get! The call was fast, and we got the replacement faster than we could believe! So glad to have one again, and now that we know of the flaw we can prevent it from ever happening again.

Sure it was so fast fulfilling my warranty. I really appreciate that. However, no paperwork came with it and no warranty as promised. I had a hard time finding out how to prepare it to use it because I couldn't remember what I did in the beginning to clean it. Thank goodness for YouTube.
