Got replacement brewer 2 weeks ago and now you have to press the button that dispenses the amount of water needed twice before it starts pulling the water from reservoir to be heated. Not at all happy with your product/company anymore.
I called customer service/technical support because my unit stopped working. I had no receipt and definitely out of warranty. After a few troubleshooting steps they decided to replace my unit totally free including shipping!
Bought a keurig, love it immensely, before it was a year old it stopped working and I contacted Keurig. After sending email and pictures, I received a replacement fast. Thank you for the great customer service.
Fast process to replace a store bought unit that did not work after 6 moths of use. I got sent an email requesting a picture of mine with the model number and of the unit. A week later I get a new one, and I did not need to ship the other unit back in, saving me even more time! Thank you Keurig for standing behind your product!
