This replaced a K-express I bought a little more than 5 months prior: So the jury is still out on this coffee maker. It makes a good cup of coffee but I’m hoping it lasts a lot longer than the last one.
It is making extremely, I mean undrinkable coffee on either the 8 or 10 oz setting. I have not changed brands of coffee. I am in the middle of a box when my old machine stopped. When I put a k cup from the same box in the new machine, WOW, it is so strong it will take the paint of your car. I have to pour out about half of it and add much more milk than normal to make it drinkable. I did a test with plain water and the amount of oz is correct.
Bought my first coffee maker few months ago and it went out. So I called them and asked if there is any way I can get it replace. I didn’t know that I have warranty for a year. So they looked up my serial number and confirmed that I only had it for few months. Not even 6 months old. So, they sent me another one for free. Thank you, Keurig.
