This K-Express is the best way to get my coffee! Mine was a gift and when I had trouble w it I gave them a call. Imma tell ya first off that I was over the moon excited that I got such a kind, energetic clear English speaking person! Second she was quick and got my issue resolved. Third I'll forever be a Kureg customer!!
Purchased my first Keurig about 2.5 months ago. Last week it stopped brewing - when turned on, would only rapid blink the three brew size lights 3 times then shut off. Wouldn't do anything else other than the descaling function (that seemed to work fine as I went through the entire process 3 times trying to see if it would reset). Contacted customer service and they arranged a replacement right away. I received said replacement within 4 business days and so far everything is going fine. At this point, this is one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had. Thank you Keurig!
I had an issue with my Keurig K-Express and my customer service representative was thoughtful and attentive to the details related to my coffee maker. The replacement was shipped and received just as he described the process and I am back to enjoying my morning coffee.
A few weeks after I purchased K-Express Coffee Maker, it wouldn't power on. I called, explained the problem, and a week or so later I received a new one. Easy peasy
